Course covering the science technology and research into cultivated meat and seafood production, led by João Marquez Garcia a cultivated meat researcher. It is aimed more towards Biotechnology students

Precision Fermentation

Period 5

Focuses mostly on the production of animal derived proteins in bacterial or fungal hosts, mostly focusing of milk proteins. Contains a project on designing your own process. While good for Biotechnology and Food Tech students, food tech students will find it more challenging.
