Cellular agriculture
Growing a sustainable future, one cell at a time

Introduction
In this module you will learn about cellular agriculture; a proposed new way for food production. You will gain knowledge through information, exercises, and research, and you will learn how to look at the topic cellular agriculture from multiple perspectives. These perspectives include the technical, environmental and social aspects of cellular agriculture, as well as the views from people working in the field.
This guide consists of six chapters. Each chapter focuses on cellular agriculture from a different perspective. You will learn about these perspectives through reading , watching videos, and participating in exercises, individually, in small groups, or with the entire class.
